Technical Help Desk Engineer
Job Purpose
Provide technical support to installers and service engineers and back up to Sales force queries. Book in warranty and service calls, including day to day planning of engineers. Provide the highest level of customer service. Office based at Head Office Kidderminster.
Technical Help Desk Duties
- Effectively manage engineers planning when booking warranty or service calls.
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product knowledge and company services offered when dealing with customers and engineers.
- Offer a high level of customer service, including excellent communication skills when liaising with customers giving technical assistance. Ensuring any customers concerns are taken care of in a professionally manner.
- Assists with or perform administrative tasks.
- Meet all standards and KPI’s set for the department.
Technical Help Desk Engineer Skills
Previous Experience, 5 Years Minimum within the Gas Industry, Current ACS Qualifications, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting, Creative Problem-Solving, Good Computer Skills.
