Reports to: Service Office Manager

Job Purpose
Provide technical support to installers and service engineers and back up to Sales force queries. Book in warranty and service calls, including day to day planning of engineers. Provide the highest level of customer service. Report to Service Manager.

Technical Help Desk Engineer Skills
Previous Experience,  5 Years Minimum within the Gas Industry, Current ACS Qualifications, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,  Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting, Creative Problem-Solving, Good Computer Skills.
