We’ve been making products for the home since 1939, but things really got moving 50 years later. By then we were a dedicated group of Dutch engineers and researchers making high-efficiency condensing boilers.
Believe it or not it would be another 17 years before these boilers would become mandatory in the UK, but we’ve always been pioneers at heart. In 1996 we developed a boiler component – the bithermic heat exchanger – that was so simple and advanced, it remains at the cutting edge of boiler technology today. This vital component ensures comfort, reliability and energy efficiency that’s off the scale, three of the most important considerations when buying a new boiler.
Today we’re still a close-knit group of engineers and researchers and we’re just as dedicated, but there are a lot more of us and we’re multi-national. In 2008 we were delighted to open our UK head office and distribution warehouse in the Midlands and we work together to develop heating and hot water solutions that reduce emissions, keep energy bills low and protect our planet.
