This pandemic isn’t just affecting our physical health, it’s been the catalyst for a rising number of mental health issues. It’s only natural to be worried about our family, our ability to earn money and pay the bills; but add to that the sheer pressure of being cooped up, while home-schooling and not knowing when normality will resume, and you’ve got the conditions for a perfect mental health storm. As this is Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s even more good advice out there to help us all deal with growing anxiety.
