MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK

This pandemic isn’t just affecting our physical health, it’s been the catalyst for a rising number of mental health issues. It’s only natural to be worried about our family, our ability to earn money and pay the bills; but add to that the sheer pressure of being cooped up, while home-schooling and not knowing when normality will resume, and you’ve got the conditions for a perfect mental health storm. As this is Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s even more good advice out there to help us all deal with growing anxiety. At Intergas we’ve been taking advice from the Mental Health Foundation, part of the national mental health response during the coronavirus outbreak, as it’s developed guidance specific to those of us who are working during this pandemic. Please check out what they’ve got to say:  (https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/publications/looking-after-your-mental-health-during-coronavirus-outbreak/while-working)
