TAKE BOILER SERVICING OFF BACK BURNER!

The first lockdown in March 2020 meant the annual boiler service was put on hold; now that servicing can be carried out again, please remind your customers they need to rebook as soon as possible. Regular boiler servicing has always been important; it satisfies the conditions of the boiler warranty, maintains optimum performance and, in some cases, keeps the appliance safe.  We know from your feedback, that some customers are already having to wait for two months for their appointment; to avoid a backlog going into this year’s heating season (it could happen), please give your customers a call and get a service date in the diary.
