Spares network cover cold spots

Last May we launched our IT-led spares network. We did this because we needed to address the areas of under representation, so we increased our merchant stockists numbers. We also used purchase details to identify where our spares should be restocked so they were available where and when installers needed them. There’s a dedicated web page, highlighting the location of installers’ nearest Intergas spares stockists as well as boiler stockists, including the Rapid and Rapid Plus, which can be accessed using this link: intergasheating.co.uk/installer/support/merchant-locater/ so wherever an installer is working, he or she will always be able to locate exactly what they need.
