Internal Sales & Marketing Administrator
Intergas Heating Limited are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Marketing Administrator to help generate sales by contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services and follow up on our existing installer database to maintain regular communication and update our installers on promotions, future events, and general warranty information. A successful candidate must be friendly and persuasive and represent the company in a professional manner. You must be able to understand the customers’ requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Communications Manager and work closely with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Calling existing installer, merchant, and consumer databases to generate sales and sales leads.
- Use scripts to provide information about products, features, prices etc and present their benefits
- Prepare quotations
- Process sales orders
- Provide sales assistance to incoming telephone calls dealing with both merchant and installer requests
- Assist the customer service team to provide support for any pre and post sales product relating issues
- Contact existing customers to develop and build relationships to increase sales
- Actively contribute to increasing products sold within the UK by providing office-based support to the external sales team
- Grow and maintain the existing CRM database
- Implementation of promotional activity in collaboration with the marketing team
- Develop point of sale material with the Marketing Manager
- Actively finding new ways of promoting Intergas products to strengthen the brand on social media and conduct mailshots using selected social media platforms and media applications
- Help with marketing activities for the company and execute the marketing plan
- Provide reports and analysis to the Marketing Manager and help produce presentations to show results
Ideal Candidate
- Internal sales experience
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and organised individual with good use of initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical customers
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective time management and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands. Computer literate and conversant in the use of software packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Understanding and knowledge of social media
- GCSE grades C and above
